We love birthdays here at Fun Kids but what we love even more is telling everyone about yours – on the radio!

If you’d like us to give you a birthday shout-out when it’s your special day, all you have to do is get a grown-up to fill out the form below and tune in!

We can’t promise to include you because we get LOADS. But we’ll do our best!

Also – make sure you get it in a good few days before the special day, as Robot’s in charge of organising the list – and he can be a bit slow!
